By Train:
From Beograd to Podgorica. This trip takes 8 hours, see international timetable.
There are no buses or trains from Podgorica to Shkoder, taxi 50 Euro single way.
You can also stay in the train until Bar, and take the bus from Bar via Ulcinj to Shkoder.
From Tirana to Shkoder by Albanian Railways, HSH timetable, 1 Euro and 3,5 hours.
Minibuses Tirana-Shkoder are faster!
