If you also share these values, join the celebration of the European Day of Languages (EDL) and spread the AEGEE spirit!<br \/> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Language skills are a necessity and a right for everyone \u2013 that is one of the<br \/> main messages of the European Day of Languages.<br \/> The overall objectives are to raise awareness of:<br \/> &#8211; Europe\u2019s rich linguistic and cultural diversity, which must be preserved and enhanced.<br \/> &#8211; Language learning and the need to diversify the range of languages that people learn.<br \/> &#8211; The importance to be fluent in at least two foreign languages, and to encourage lifelong language learning in and out of school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By navigating through the menu of this website, you will find information about the history of the EDL and past EDL events organised in AEGEE, as well as useful ideas and materials for organising your own EDL event.
